Deepmode is a focus system that helps you work in timed blocks, track your streaks and discipline, and block distracting websites. It's built for professionals and students who need long, uninterrupted focus.

Install the extension, configure which sites you want blocked during focus time, specify the task you want to focus on, then start a session of desired time. While your timer runs, those sites are inaccessible, with complete control over your browser. When the session ends, access returns to normal and your session is recorded in your dashboard.

A deepwork session is a timed block of focused work — 5, 25, 50, or 90 minutes. You name your task, start the timer, and commit to staying with it until the end. Each completed session builds your streak and discipline score.

The AI reviews your session data — minutes worked, completion rates, streaks, projects, and categories. It identifies patterns in your behaviour and gives you actionable insights to improve. It does not analyze screen content, keystrokes, or what you're working on inside your browser.

No. You can try Deepmode in guest mode without signing up. Create a free account when you want to save your sessions and sync progress to your personal dashboard.

Free includes up to 100 minutes of deep work per day, 5 and 25-minute timers, project tagging, and a dashboard with streaks and discipline score. It's enough to build the habit.

Pro unlocks unlimited sessions, 50 and 90-minute deep blocks, full session history, AI-generated daily and weekly insights, and advanced analytics. It's for people who are serious about compounding their focus.

Deepmode blocks the websites you configure as distracting during active sessions. It won't block desktop apps or mobile — it's focused on browser-based distraction.

Deepmode works on all Chromium-based desktop browsers — Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc, and others. Firefox and Safari support is not currently available.

Yes, we store your session data (times, tasks, projects, categories) so you can see your history and streaks. We do not store page contents, keystrokes, or screenshots. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from the Stripe billing portal. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Not yet. Deepmode is currently focused on desktop — where most serious work happens. Mobile support is on the roadmap.

Yes. The extension only reads the URL of your current tab to check if it should be blocked. It doesn't capture screen content, send browsing history, or access sensitive data. It's safe for personal and work machines.
